UPDATED 1.27.10

Tom Manno~ Tom Manno passed away about an hour ago (1.27.10 @ approximately 7:15pm EST).  For those of you who knew Tom, you know he was a great lifter, friend, husband and father. Tom was a legend and my friend! Our Prayers are with Diane and Tommy Jr. right now!! R.I.P. my friend!!!

Ohio Meets

 Please remember to submit your applications in prior to the deadline so Rich knows who is coming and roughly how long the meet will last.

If you are a judge and say you are going to be at a meet, be there or call someone!! You will be removed from the judges list if you continue to not show up for meets.

Records Form

If you set a State Record you must complete the record form and send it to me within a month of the event or you will not be credited with the record. Please make sure you fill out the forms correctly, or they do not count. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the forms are filled out correctly.
